At ThreadedToes, we want you to love your purchase! If you experience an issue, we have a clear refund and return process to ensure a fair resolution.
🛠 Refund & Return Process
1️⃣ Contact Us First
If you have a problem with your order, reach out within 30 days of receiving your item at contact@threadedtoes.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
⚠️ Do not return items without approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
2️⃣ Evaluation & Response
Our team will review your request within 3 business days and determine if it meets our refund or store credit criteria.
3️⃣ Refund or Store Credit Processing
If eligible, you will receive either:
✅ A refund to your original payment method (if the item is defective or incorrect).
🛍 Store credit (if returning a non-defective item for size or preference reasons).
🔸 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is due to a mistake on our part.
✅ Refund vs. Store Credit – What You’ll Receive
🔹 You’ll get a REFUND if:
✔ The item is damaged or defective (refund to original payment method).
✔ You received the wrong item (refund or replacement, plus a free return label).
🔹 You’ll get STORE CREDIT if:
✔ The item is in original, unused condition, but you ordered the wrong size or design. Return shipping is your responsibility.
✔ You decide to return an item that is not defective or incorrect.
🚫 No Refund or Store Credit If:
❌ The return was not approved in advance.
❌ The item is on final sale (sale items are non-refundable).
❌ The return request is made after 30 days.
🔄 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges due to our made-to-order process. However, we offer:
🔹 Store Credit – If your item doesn’t fit, return it for store credit to reorder the correct size. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
🔹 Reorder Discount – If you wish to purchase a different size or design, we’ll provide a 15% discount on your replacement order for regular-priced items. If the item is already on sale, the reorder will be at the current sale price without an additional discount.
📢 Sales Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
📦 Return Guidelines
To ensure the return is processed smoothly:
- Please return items in their original, unworn condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We cannot process returns if the product has been used or damaged by the customer.
- You have 14 days from the approval date to return the item to us.
